Time saving installation and release system for moulded-in inserts

Significant time savings are available by using Snapserts in place of threaded holders. The spring-loaded ball retains the insert during moulding but allows the insert to pull off the holder when the mould is opened thereby eliminating the need to screw and unscrew the inserts onto a bolt.

Available in both single and for more holding power a double ball version. Manufactured from stainless steel and supplied with a stainless-steel nut and washer.

The mounting thread is one thread size smaller than the holder size. For example, a snapsert to hold an M5 insert will have an M4 male thread and the M12 snapsert will be mounted with an M10 thread. Special variations to this can often be manufactured, please contact us.
